Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Before you return an item
Start your request through our return request page. Please do not send an item back before LeWoodie provides return instructions, a return label, or a return code where applicable.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. Opened, used, altered, or damaged items caused by misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, submit a return request promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide the next steps.
Return shipping costs
LeWoodie covers return shipping for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please follow the return instructions we provide before sending any item back.
Inspection and refund timing
For an approved return request, we will inspect the returned item within 5 business days after we receive it. Approved refunds are issued after inspection. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the refund.
